A wedding coffee cart styled to your day
A wedding coffee cart gives guests a reason to gather between the ceremony and the dancing. We style ours to your day — a white cart under a fringed parasol, a cart dressed in greenery, or a custom illustrated wrap like the one we made for a wedding Mayian.
Our baristas make every drink to order: single-origin Colombian espresso drinks and hand-whisked ceremonial-grade matcha, hot or iced. Guests at one daytime wedding couldn't stop talking about the mango and strawberry matcha.

Melu's Cafe was started by barista Melissa Sanchez from a love for Colombian specialty coffee — and the belief that a beautiful cup, served from a mobile coffee bar, can brighten any moment.
As a Colombian-owned business, we focus on intentional brewing, meticulous quality and sustainable choices. Every drink is soft, simple and elevated, made to give you and your guests a gentle pause in the day.

Melu's coffee and matcha cart were part of my daughter's "She's Off the Market" Bridal Shower! The cart fit in perfectly to our Bridal Marketplace theme. Melu's baristas - Hoa and Noah - were punctual and professional, and both had great personalities. The coffee or matcha chosen was offered hot or over ice. All the choices made a huge hit with our guests - it worked out so well, I'm booking them again for our Wedding Farewell Brunch which is in 2 months!

Good things to know
Can the cups have our names on them?
Yes. We create custom cups and menus with your names, monogram or wedding theme, and we can style the cart itself to match. Share your date early so there's time to produce everything.
Can we have coffee and matcha at the same event?
Yes. Our coffee & matcha cart serves both from one setup — espresso drinks for the coffee lovers, ceremonial-grade matcha for everyone else.
How much does a coffee cart cost in NYC?
Every event is quoted on its own — pricing depends on your guest count, how long you want service, your menu and any custom branding. Share your date, location and guest count in the form on this page and we'll send your custom pricing.
Can you customize the menu?
Yes. We tailor syrups, milk options and signature drinks to your event, so the menu can match your theme, your brand or the two of you.
What do you need from the venue?
One dedicated standard 120V outlet, a smooth flat surface and a space of at least 6' x 5' for the cart and barista. We don't need onsite water for espresso service, and the cart fits through standard doorways and elevators.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can — our calendar fills up, and custom cups or cart wraps need time to produce. Put your date in the form to check availability.
