A café on wheels that fits through your door
A mobile coffee cart is the easiest way to put a real café inside your event. Ours rolls through standard doorways and into elevators, sets up in a 6' x 5' space and runs on one dedicated 120V outlet — no water hookup needed for espresso service.
Once it's in place, our baristas pull single-origin Colombian espresso and steam milk to order: lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, americanos and mochas, hot or iced. Ceremonial-grade matcha is whisked by hand right at the cart.
We're based in Forest Hills, Queens. The cart has rolled into a NY Fashion Week showroom, office lobbies, retail stores, backyards and wedding venues — and worn custom wraps for Steve Madden, Brooks and Credo Beauty.

Melu's Cafe was started by barista Melissa Sanchez from a love for Colombian specialty coffee — and the belief that a beautiful cup, served from a mobile coffee bar, can brighten any moment.
As a Colombian-owned business, we focus on intentional brewing, meticulous quality and sustainable choices. Every drink is soft, simple and elevated, made to give you and your guests a gentle pause in the day.

I cannot say enough good things about Melu’s cart and the service provided at our event. They were communicative before and came right on time to set up before our event. The actual drinks at our event were amazing and the lines were so long as every guest lined up for drinks throughout the night. Love their Biscoff latte!! The service is excellent, they’re very attentive and kind. The cart itself is also super cute, clean, and well organized. They also have a nice mix of classic and specialty drinks to choose from. Would definitely order from them again!

Melisa and her crew were nothing short of amazing for my baby shower. Despite the heavy rain and cold, they seamlessly set up and treated our guests with their amazing coffee drinks! Good things to know
What do you need from the venue?
One dedicated standard 120V outlet, a smooth flat surface and a space of at least 6' x 5' for the cart and barista. We don't need onsite water for espresso service, and the cart fits through standard doorways and elevators.
How much does a coffee cart cost in NYC?
Every event is quoted on its own — pricing depends on your guest count, how long you want service, your menu and any custom branding. Share your date, location and guest count in the form on this page and we'll send your custom pricing.
What drinks are on the menu?
Our base menu has espresso, flat whites, cappuccinos, americanos, vanilla, caramel and mocha lattes, hot chocolate and tea — every drink hot or iced. Specialty drinks include the matcha latte, Biscoff latte, strawberry, mango, raspberry, ube and jasmine tea matcha, matcha coconut cloud and ube latte.
Are baristas included?
Yes. Every cart comes with our baristas, who set up, handcraft every drink to order and serve your guests through the last pour — you don't have to run anything.
Do you serve NYC?
Yes. We're based in Forest Hills, Queens. We bring the cart to Midtown, SoHo, Tribeca, Flatiron, Chelsea, Williamsburg and DUMBO and everywhere else in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, and we also travel across all five boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey, Upstate New York and Stamford, CT.
