A pop-up coffee bar wherever you need one
Our mobile coffee bar turns any room into a café for the day. It fits through standard doorways and elevators, sets up in a 6' x 5' space on one 120V outlet, and needs no water hookup for espresso service.
Behind it, our baristas serve espresso, flat whites, cappuccinos, americanos and lattes from single-origin Colombian coffee, plus hand-whisked ceremonial-grade matcha, hot chocolate and tea — hot or iced.
It works as a coffee bar for events of every kind: office mornings, showroom days, showers, weddings and brand pop-ups. We're based in Forest Hills, Queens, minutes from the Nassau County line.

Melu's Cafe was started by barista Melissa Sanchez from a love for Colombian specialty coffee — and the belief that a beautiful cup, served from a mobile coffee bar, can brighten any moment.
As a Colombian-owned business, we focus on intentional brewing, meticulous quality and sustainable choices. Every drink is soft, simple and elevated, made to give you and your guests a gentle pause in the day.

Love their Biscoff latte!! The service is excellent, they’re very attentive and kind. The cart itself is also super cute, clean, and well organized. They also have a nice mix of classic and specialty drinks to choose from. Would definitely order from them again!

Good things to know
What drinks are on the menu?
Our base menu has espresso, flat whites, cappuccinos, americanos, vanilla, caramel and mocha lattes, hot chocolate and tea — every drink hot or iced. Specialty drinks include the matcha latte, Biscoff latte, strawberry, mango, raspberry, ube and jasmine tea matcha, matcha coconut cloud and ube latte.
What do you need from the venue?
One dedicated standard 120V outlet, a smooth flat surface and a space of at least 6' x 5' for the cart and barista. We don't need onsite water for espresso service, and the cart fits through standard doorways and elevators.
How much does a coffee cart cost on Long Island?
Every event is quoted on its own — pricing depends on your guest count, how long you want service, your menu and any custom branding. Share your date, location and guest count in the form on this page and we'll send your custom pricing.
Can you customize the menu?
Yes. We tailor syrups, milk options and signature drinks to your event, so the menu can match your theme, your brand or the two of you.
Can you serve all day or across several days?
Yes. For NY Fashion Week we ran a matcha and coffee station in a showroom from 8 AM to 5 PM each day. Tell us your schedule in the form and we'll build the service around it.
Do you serve Long Island?
Yes. We're based in Forest Hills, Queens, minutes from the Nassau County line. We bring the cart to Great Neck, Manhasset, Port Washington, Garden City and Mineola and everywhere else in Nassau County, and we also travel across all five boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey, Upstate New York and Stamford, CT.
