A branded coffee cart puts your logo where every guest looks — and photographs. We wrap the cart, brand the cups and design the menu to match your identity, so the coffee bar reads as part of your activation, not a vendor table.
We've built branded carts for Steve Madden, SSAINT x Credo Beauty, Brooks x FP Movement, Pelé Soccer x adidas in Times Square and Hudson Square Properties — indoors in stores and lobbies, and outdoors under a fringed umbrella.
Behind the wrap is a real café: a La Marzocco espresso machine, single-origin Colombian coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha and baristas who make every drink to order, with signature drinks named for your launch. We're based in Forest Hills, Queens, minutes from the Nassau County line.

Melu's Cafe was started by barista Melissa Sanchez from a love for Colombian specialty coffee — and the belief that a beautiful cup, served from a mobile coffee bar, can brighten any moment.
As a Colombian-owned business, we focus on intentional brewing, meticulous quality and sustainable choices. Every drink is soft, simple and elevated, made to give you and your guests a gentle pause in the day.

We had Melu’s Mobile Cafe at our event staff event and they were absolutely fantastic. We hired Melu's Cafe for a company event at Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard and everyone loved the fresh handmade coffee and matcha on site. Strawberry matcha was my personal favorite. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. A must have addition if you want a coffee bar at your event.

Can you brand the cart and the cups?
Yes. We create custom cups, menus and full cart wraps to match your logo, theme or brand identity. We've wrapped carts for Steve Madden, Credo Beauty, Brooks x FP Movement and Pelé Soccer x adidas. Share your date early so there's time to produce everything.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can — our calendar fills up, and custom cups or cart wraps need time to produce. Put your date in the form to check availability.
How much does a coffee cart cost on Long Island?
Every event is quoted on its own — pricing depends on your guest count, how long you want service, your menu and any custom branding. Share your date, location and guest count in the form on this page and we'll send your custom pricing.
Can you customize the menu?
Yes. We tailor syrups, milk options and signature drinks to your event, so the menu can match your theme, your brand or the two of you.
Can you serve all day or across several days?
Yes. For NY Fashion Week we ran a matcha and coffee station in a showroom from 8 AM to 5 PM each day. Tell us your schedule in the form and we'll build the service around it.
What do you need from the venue?
One dedicated standard 120V outlet, a smooth flat surface and a space of at least 6' x 5' for the cart and barista. We don't need onsite water for espresso service, and the cart fits through standard doorways and elevators.
